Service Description

Cost effective and flexible personal training option for those who travel for work, work odd hours, do not wish to have a gym membership or prefer not to have in-home training. No obligations to continue training or enter a contract. One participant allowed per session.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel attendance to a course, class or private session, please give 24 hour notice so that course, class or session can be credited for further use. *Note* IN PERSON SERVICES MUST ADHERE TO THE SCHEDULE SET BY THE TRAINER.
